Rainbow Kids provides peer support groups for children, teens, and their parents who are grieving a loss due to death, divorce, separation, or abandonment.

Rainbows is a 14-week peer support program for ages four through eighth grade. Small groups of three to five children are led by a trained adult facilitator who will guide participants through the grieving process using journals, games, activities, and peer support discussions. Participants are grouped by age level.

"Rainbows helped my son feel good
about himself and understand better
what happened."

There is no fee for Rainbows. Rainbow Kids receives financial support from our sponsoring churches, the United Way, civic organizations, foundations, businesses, and private donors.

"Rainbows really did help me.
It was so good that I could talk
about the divorce."
